Conducted for SIDS and Kids NSW under the provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 and the Charitable fundraising act 1991. Income tax exempt charity holder CFN No 12268. Telemarketing services are provided by Royal life Saving Society WA Inc PO Box 28 Floreat Forum WA, Ph (08) 9383 8200. Charges are based on total call centre, mailing and other approved costs provided the benefits to authority holders of not less than 40% of the gross proceeds, and charge to the trader of not more than 50% of gross proceeds. This raffle will be drawn at the offices of SIDS and Kids NSW, 'Broughton Hall', Building 125, Church St, Rozelle Hospital Campus, Rozelle at 5pm on 29th February 2012. A percentage of proceeds of this lottery will be paid to Royal Life Saving Society WA as a professional fundraiser.
